I booked service with this company and got the confirmation after I paid the $75.00. At the last minute the cleaner calls and says she is not coming because I texted the company and cancelled the appointment.

That was not true.

In fact i took time off from work to get them started on what I thought would be a long relationship. Not to be.

I tried to re book for the next day and I could not do so as the poorly designed piece of crap ap jumps to the following month. So cancelled the service and I tired to log in but no openings for several weeks.

I gave up.

I talked to the cleaner for sometime and learned that this is a continuing problem for the cleaners. She was honest, tried to help but said they have no voice contact with the company at all and cannot resolve issues.

I'm thinking now that this is some kind of a scam.

I'm out $75.00

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $75.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

The Tidy people refunded my payment. They answered my complaint with an offer for another day and a discount but I was not able to take advantage of that. I told them that this ap only business model needs better communications.
