Tidy - Not dependable

I am very disappointed with tidy.com. Why did they confirm my scheduled cleaning this morning at 9am, then 15 minutes before the appointment, I receive a text not a phone call to reschedule the appointment. I cancelled with other companies (Merrymaids, Mollymaids, etc) and now I regret it. I rate this company with no stars, "0" stars!!! Not dependable at all!!! I will never refer tidy.com!!

Tidy - Awful Experience

I have had two cancellations just 10 minutes before my scheduled cleaning time and one complete no-show! There is nobody to call and complain to! This company is a scam! Do not give Tidy your money!

Tidy Customer Care Review

They charged my card the minute my spot was made and then 15 minutes before the lady was supposed to clean my house I received a text that I would have to reschedule. It's impossible to talk to anyone and nearly impossible to get a refund. This company is a scam!
