Tidy.com horrible...No one showed with phone call, email, or text
My first scheduling with Tidy.com. No one showed. I did not receive an email, phone call or text. I logged in to see what was going on and was advised that my maid was no longer available and to reschedule. Next available more than 2 days later.
Totally unprofessional. I will advise everyone I know not to use this company. How is they still in business.
When I tried to call, no one answers. The only way to get through is to text "concierge". Really. I thought concierge was supposed to be available all the time and responsive.
This business is a joke I am so disappointed. Not that they had to cancel, but that they don't have a model to advise you IN ADVANCE!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $90.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Tidy Cons: Constant no shows, Giving them a credit card number to keep on file, Difficulty in cancelling.
Location: Los Angeles, California

There is an address for Tidy.com but I googled it and there is not a Tidy Services at the address. CEO is Andrew Hawkins. They have multiple phone numbers that either don't work or refer you to their email: concierge@***.com I wanted to file a small claims but I will not be successful in someone being served paperwork
In 2016, I had been working at TIDY.com as a subcontractor doing flyer distribution services in Atlanta GA. They robbed the main distribution company based in Florida of $118,000.00 doing a AMEX credit card chargeback and caused us working in Atlanta not to get paid for our work.
They caused this distribution company to be listed on the merchant black list, which means they can not open a merchant account for their company and handle any credit card transactions under the company name.
My flyer team and I worked 8 hour shifts each day, a group of 20 flyer guys and ladies passing out thousands of TIDY.COM FLYERS around Atlanta.
They had flyer staff in almost every state during this 2016 campaign, ladies would contact us from craigslist.com stating they were working for TIDY.COM as cleaning ladies and TIDY.com never paid them. And wanted to know if we were getting paid properly.
Anyhow, after doing the campaign... TIDY.COM states "thank you for your hard work a day before" and next day they asked for all remaining boxes of flyers returned...once returned they did a chargeback of all work done in every state for about 5 months of work.
When we tried to resolve the matter with Andrew Hawkins (CEO), Ryan Anderson (Operations Manager), Andrew Ellis, Steven Ellis, or any other co founders such as Kristen Schmitt or the CEO of Tidy, Inc. Greg Royse we got no response.
Except to contact their legal department but we did and AMEX did an investigation on their own to return $80,000.00 as they reported as fraudulent by the mutual client. And a debt of $38,000.00 is owed now.
They did not take any consideration for all the 70 flyer reps passing out them flyers in the hot sun, doing over time to make them satisfied. If someone works 95% of a campaign, you pay them 100% then do a chargeback of all 100% at the end... That's not right.
Tidy.com is a fraudulent business stealing money from their cleaning workers and flyer subcontractors, charging housekeepers all sorts of penalties, you cannot reschedule jobs with their clients or Tidy will charge you a $25 fee per job if for any reason you cannot take the job because is too far from you, you do not see the client address until a few hours prior to the job but you cannot reschedule either without paying them. If you take your time to google "TIDY.COM REVIEWS" on YELP.COM will show you so many bad reviews and feedback from people nationwide. If you were abused by this company, post your review with the Better Business Bureau and places where their scams can be published to protect honest workers and companies from their bad business practices. Any business that these individuals start, should be investigated as they are nothing but crooks and God will prevail.
They should return back all that they owe people and apologize, then move forward with other business endeavors... obviously with them Yelp.com reviews 99% of unsatisfied customers and employees.
i believe u they stole 500 dollars from me
