So its taken weeks and weeks to get through the credit card dispute with TIDY. We never did hear from them other than the offer of $99 towards another cleaning, which we declined because of how poorly they executed the first go-round.
We are further at a loss as to what the Cleaners spent their time doing in our home. We found more and more areas that were untouched/not cleaned, yet were included on THEIR list of areas to be cleaned.

We contacted and scheduled a Mighty TIDY cleaning (2 cleaners, 4 hours for $250, one-time non-rescheduled charge $25) with emphasis on floors and kitchen, everything to be wiped down well because of a major inspection that was happening the next day. Although my husband was home to let them in, they left early (1-1/2 hours early) and didn't complete the job, and didn't even say "bye" when leaving.
More like sneaking out since he was home. When we called/texted to inquire if they were planning on returning to finish, one cleaner hung up on my husband, and the second one said that she had already checked out. I have sent them evaluation replies (1 star since that is the lowest you can give them on their system) stating the incomplete nature and quality of the cleaning with lots of photos. I received an email offering $99 credit and for me to have them come back to clean again.
No, thank you - I will never contract with them again.
Nothing less than full refund of $250. They can keep the $25 (one time cleaning fee since I wasn't signing up for a repeat service) - and call that my *** tax.
