They took the money when I booked 10 days in advance.But the housekeep never showed up.
I didn't get notified. I have requested a refund. They offered me $15 of credit which is not good considering i took 1/2 unpaid time off from work to meet the cleaner on her first day. They then said I should have appointed a substitute.
I don't think it should be my responsibility to find a substitute if the first cleaner cannot make it. Plus, how would i know if she comes or not, if i don't get notified in advance? Besides, it's ludicrous that Tidy.com do not have a contact number. You send them an email and hope for an answer a day later.
By the time the issue is resolved, it takes weeks.Anyway, I am yet to wait for my refund.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
