I booked just one service and paid in advance for it, and suddenly four services appeared under my profile. I did not book any of those services, so I cancelled one of them.
Surprisingly, today I saw a charge of $125 in my bank account. I repeat: I did not book them. I want you to cancel them all, and I want a refund of those $125 charged from a cancellation that I never booked.
If I am paying for a service, I want at least a phone number to call in case I need some help. Thanks.

- - They left with four bags of high end clothes.
I paid 2 guys show up for 4 hours for a deep cleaning on 900 sqft. They never touched my showers, swept or mopped floors, cleaned microwave, dusted fans, wiped down baseboards, they did nothing but a surface wipe down! I paid for 4 hours and they left in a little over 2 hrs with 4 giant bags of high end clothes

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
The cleaning lady texted me the day before on the Tidy website she has a family emergency and cant come. The day after some rep from Tidy texted me and asked me how the service was.
I told him she cancelled on me. He then had the audacity to charge me $207.

They were scheduled to come at 930, and at 10 I started to wonder. I got no call or email or text to say they were not coming.
Then I was frustrated with the app and website because I could not call and find out what was wrong.
I had to use chat, and the chat agent had no clue why the person was a no-show, so much for Tidy for me. Will not reschedule and will not use it again.
