I was finally able to get through to their call center and I've been informed that the second unauthorized charge has been reversed/credited as of 11/17. The fact still remains that GOTIDY.com will zap you with charges even if you don't have a cleaning scheduled, and consumers should be wary of "recurring" type services that place charges without authorization.

So a very pretty hand delivered flyer is on my door and the services offered for home cleaning seem a bit steep, but my regular housekeeper is on vacation so I thought I would give them a try. I wanted once a month cleaning, but they wanted to schedule once a week cleaning.
I don't need that, so I scheduled a cleaning (the least expensive for $45) and then I cancelled the rest of the cleanings. I got a call from one of their representatives telling me they are a recurring cleaning service, and I said I only needed one cleaning. The day they are due to come to my place I get an email stating that my regularly scheduled cleaner is not coming and that a replacement is being sent. She arrived 15 minutes late, ignored most of my requests for the stuff I wanted to have done in the bathroom, so I cancelled the service.
I was immediately charged ANOTHER $45 even though I emailed them about 5 times asking to cancel the service. I am currently disputing their second charge for a cleaning that is not scheduled nor do I even want. As a precaution I am having a new credit card issued and the old number cancelled. These "recurring" charge types are such scammers.
I should have looked on Yelp first, their reviews are HORRIBLE.
They flyer a nice area, get your credit card, promise huge, deliver meh, and then charge after you've cancelled the service. Unbelievable.
Reason of review: unauthorized recurring charge after cancellation.
Monetary Loss: $45.
Tidy Cons: Unauthorized charges, Difficulty in cancelling.
