Paid $75 for a clean. She came and wiped off the coffee table in the living room and ran the vacuum in the master bedroom.
Made a half-assed attempt at the master bath and IGNORED THE REST OF THE HOUSE. Then she left me a note saying that she does 'private cleanings that tidy doesn't provide'. So she did a terrible job so that I'd hire her on the side? Can't get ahold of Tidy because they DON'T HAVE A PHONE THEY ANSWER.
Finally answered one email saying they'd credit my next cleaning. NEWSFLASH: THERE'S NOT GOING TO BE A NEXT CLEANING WITH THEM. I want a refund.
They won't answer. I have never experienced such abysmal customer service.
